Hi everyone. I went to a cat show this weekend and attended both days. On Sat. I went with my roommate and she had a great time. I took most of the cat pictures on Sat. On Sun. I went with AmberLee, BCBlondie, Tonya, and Wolflady and her husband. We all had a great time. I have 30 pictures to share with you so please sit back and enjoy.

These are the veteran cats.



Here's a 6 year old Maine Coon. He's still being used as stud.


Here's a closeup of a Somali. I'm not sure how old he is though.


Here's another Tonkinese I think and he's 8 years old and also neutered.


Here's a 12 year old Aby still acting like a kitten.


Here he is again doing the famous elevator butt pose.

Great pictures! I am so glad that I had the opportunity to meet you. You all are wonderful people and you made me feel welcome.

My first cat show experience was really cool. I was surprised to find out that alot of the cats actually seem to enjoy being there. At the very least, they don't seem to mind. I'd always thought that a cat would hate an environment like that. On the other hand, that sphynx sure was grumpy! I don't think that cat shows were his forte.

*edit* I have to add, he was even hissing and spatting at his mama! He was so mad!

What great pictures, Tracey! Its so neat to see all the different breeds of cats...and to hold them? That's so cool.

I love those Devon Rex's. I got to hold one at the last cat show I went to. They are precious!

Every cat breed is gorgeous in their own way! I especially liked the Ragdoll(of course) and the maine coon.

Also I've always wanted to meet a Sphynx I heard that they feel like velvet, is that true? Also they seem grumpy LOL

The Sphynx was soo funny!! He was so grumpy LOL! I guess he just wasn't too happy being there.

That Ragdoll is absolutely gorgeous!!

I love the markings on the American Shorthairs...

All the cats were so beautiful!

I had so much fun! I hope we will be able to get together for another meeting some day soon again!
