He's settling in well. Purred almost immediately - whether because of the pain, or just glad to be back in a relatively familiar place. More updates to follow.

Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

These pictures are absolutely fantastic!!! I think Kurby is going to be a love muffin in a very short amount of time. He looks really good for all he's been through.

Had to come back and look at him again. Be sure we get a update this morning on how he is feeling and getting around... Is he able to use his hip at all?

Kurby is doing very well this morning. He can use the hip, but very carefully. He ate his special treat this morning and purred for Kevin. He keeps hanging out in the bathtub for some reason, maybe it's cool on him?Originally posted by Laura's Babies

Kurby says if anyone ever comes to AZ to please stop by and visit with him. His "new" owners have plenty of room for guests and lots of cats to love! His "new" home is open and welcomes anyone!
