    Vio's visit

Vio left this morning for her alpine holiday
It was so nice having her here for a day and a night and especially Filou and Tigris enjoyed it because Vio is such a creative and gifted person. Look what she made for F+T:

Two purrfect tents. What you cannot see is that the dark blue one has the name of Filou on it and a small light blue cat head on one side. The light blue has the name of Tigris on it plus a dark blue big cat head

    Tigris of course knew immediately:

Vio and me (please be sure that we are much prettier in reality ):

One of the highlights was the video John and Randi had made last year and just like last year, Tigris was very much interested:

Tigris watches Filou eating vitamin paste

Tigris watches Tigris getting belly rubs from John

Filou, not the most social of cats, even accepted good bye kisses from Vio before he hissed

Oh these pictures brings back wonderful memories! A year has gone by already.

I'm so glad you had a wonderful time together - only wish we could have joined again! - Next time!

You know Tigris has a special place in our hearts, and one of the highlights was of course that Tigris came up on John's lap to cuddle.

I love the tents Vio made - seems that Tigris chose the right one too, and Filou is certainly checking his out.

It looks a very nice visit and I LOVE those tents!!! How nice! Of course Jazz and I wish we could see more of Tigris than just a peek a boo out the tent.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Fur as dark as the night.
    Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

    Thanks for the photos

Nice photo session there, Barbara! I love the ones of Filou and Tigris - and of course, the human photos are great too!

By the way Barbara, my brother and his wife were visiting last week and my cats slept with them each night. They made real pests of themselves. I must not give them enough attention so when company arrives, they go bonkers!

Glad to hear you enjoyed Vio's visit!

Here I am sitting in an Internet cafe in Alps! This visit is a blast! I got to see Barbara and Siegmar again and we had a very nice time. Barbara is the best cook ever!!!

The boys are as handsome as ever - Filou as regal and Tigris as sweet I am glad they enjoyed their tents. If I had my USB cable with me ( ), I could show you how the tents passed Pichu's and Juni's quality control Maybe if I find one to buy...

I will still be 2 more weeks in the Alps and I don't know how much I will be able to stay online.

Barbara, how do you keep flowers in your home without them being destroyed by cats?

I wish I could have met you all over there. I'm so jealous!
