What a cute little boy you are Roger! And it is OK if you don't want to be with other buns! It sounds like your mommy can be your friend. And what a cute little friend you have with you in your cage! You're right - she won't eat much and she is not too demanding! So if you are happy, then we are happy for you!
You look like such a sweetie! I am glad your mom took you and gave you a more loving, caring home! Unfortunately, some of us humans think we know what we are doing when we get a pet, and then find out we don't. I am sure the neighbors had good intentions initially. But most people don't realize that buns don't want to be left in a cage alone all the time. They like to get out and run and like human attention and rub-downs, etc.
I am so glad you have a mom that understands you now! Now you can have an enjoyable life!
