I just finished this picture today, its done in pencil... and its of my girls, Squeekers and Misty. I've been meaning to do a portrait of them for a while so I finally sat myself down last week and started it! I did it for a school project actually, the teachers liked it.
Unfortunetly its hard to get a good pic of a pencil pic with my camera...the flash kind of messed it up!

Tips for photographing pencil.... get a tripod (if not, then rest it flat on a surface, maybe prop the camera up on books) and lean the picture against something (I put mine on an easel) and wait til there is a good amount of natural daylight in the room. You WILL be needing to edit the photos on the computer because everything comes out with grey tones instead of white.
Now I'm inspired to do the kittens!
