dog problem

Hey. I have a problem with my dog Ziggy. She don't get along with any of the other dogs. She about kills Muffin. When Muffin goes outside she will attack her and make her bleed. So usually we leave Ziggy on a leash when all the pups are outside. Now she is not letting Bouncer eat. We put the food in 2 different places and she goes wild. What should I do?? I love this dog, but I don't want any other dog to get hurt.

Is this a new problem? Or something that has been going on all along?

its been going on for about 2 months now. She is starting to tear all the collars we put there. I don't know what to do. I don't want any of my dogs to get hurt. I know if she gets off of that leash when the dogs or out there she will kill them. She don't like them, but shes the sweetest dog to us(humans).. What would you do if that was your dog?? I need some advice.
