I was driving to work this morning when I spied a yard sale. I took a quick peek in that direction to see what I could spot, and didn't I see a small cat tree. Well, I promptly turned around to go look. I was told I could get it for $10. Not bad considering when I got home and turned it upside down, I saw a pet store price sticker on it for $66. And it was almost brand new! It is not an overly well built tree, though. I had to secure the top part as it was VERY loose. If it holds together without breaking, GREAT! If not, the bottom cubby hole is worth at least twice the $10 I paid.
