    Mandalay!

I always visit this forum when there is a snake, because I think they are the neatest animals. I think the idea of a ten foot long therapy snake is incredible! People are so ignorant of snakes; I'm glad you are doing outreach to show people that they are fine critters.

What an amazing creature you are Mandalay!!! And such a beautiful one at that BIG kudos to your wonderful human for fostering you and finally, welcoming you home permanently! Sounds like the perfect pairing to me...a most responsible, knowledgeable and committed human and a most unique, fascinating and devoted "skinkid" And let's not forget the great work you two do, traveling all about your community, to schools and events, educating the public and bringing smiles and comfort to those in need of a little cheer! Mandalay the therapy snake...how great is THAT! Keep up the good work amazing Mandalay! We're honored to have such a spectacular, unique and most deserving creature as our extra special Sunday Pet of the Day! Enjoy your day of honor, Mandalay and family!!!

Mandalay, how gorgeous you are! And I'm glad you have a spectacular home with a guardian that adores you; and even is showing you off to dispell the myths about snakes that make people scared of them . . . you are doing a wonderful service, pretty girl . . . kudos to you and yours!

I learned a lot more about snakes, just through your Pet of the Day introduction, Mandalay, than I ever knew! How neat it is that you and your human do so many things together, especially the educational and therapy things! Wow!!! You two are a great team, and one that it seems was meant to be.

Congratulations, Mandalay, on being our Pet of the Day!!!
