Can dogs have dandruff???

FOr the past few days I have noticed that Chico has what appears to be dandruff in his fur. It flakes right off when I brush it but I cannot get it all out. I didn't even know dogs could get dandruff. What should I do? Please, any suggestions/comments will be appreciated. Also, I would like to know if anyone has had a similar experience with their doggy. THanks in advance for any help

yes they sure cn, you will need to add some fatty supplements to his food such as flax seed oil. you can also get a fatty supplemnt for this purpose from the vet.

yes dogs can have dandruff, Echo had it until I started getting a different food for her.

i put a egg in Kodies food once or twice a week,and his skin hasnt gotten dry,or he hasnt gotten dandruff yet.but like Cali said,get some fatty supplement!
