    staple remover question

yeah, i know this is random. but, someone at work swore that there was a technical name for the office supply that you use to remove staples. you know, it kinda looks like a crocodile mouth. ha ha. yeah, so, i thought it was just called a staple remover. what do you guys call it?

    Thanks, Dogz!

One of the girls that used to work at my office called it a "decleeter." (I have NO idea how to spell it). I just Googled to see if I could find anything under that spelling and there is nothing so I don't know where she came up with that name. Is this what you are referring to?

Whatever they are called, I couldn't get by a day without one. Mine looks exactly like the one Pam has pictured. I also have a *spare* just in case I can't find the first one.

The one in my desk drawer at work is called "Mr. Fang".
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

I've always called it a staple remover too. I just assumed that was the proper name and it looks like it is!

I always use to play with my manager's staple remover. I would cut out evil eyes & a snake tongue, so it lookd like an evil Cobra..

She loved it, but she needed ot use it & the stickers fell off.
