    Sirrahbed's grand-dogs!! Cinnamon and Muffin

Muffin came visiting with my son, Jason and daughter-in-love (sirrahved) Devon from Indiana and met her "cousin" Cinnamon this weeknd. They became instant friends!

all tuckered out! Cinnamon is an "old lady"

Muffin still thinks she is a little puppy What a sweet girl she is! Holding her is my oldest son, Bryan.

Yup, she is a lap puppy! No sloppy kisses THIS time

    ~Hope you enjoy!~

Great pictures. You look so good holding Muffin - now wouldn't that be nice if that was your own puppy - oh yeah we've already taken that trip. How old is Cinnamon?

Yeah, when are you getting that dog? They both are cute. I'm sure Cinnamon did get tired hanging out with a younger dog. That's how Duke is after we get home from visiting Kay. Me too, for that matter! All we do is sleep when we get in and some the next day, too. I'm sure you had fun being there with them. Good practice, right?

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Fur as dark as the night.
    Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

Cinnamon is 13 or 14, which I understand is quite old for a Golden. Her arthritis is pretty bad but she tries and is such a sweetie! Isn't she a beauty?? So gentle, too.

Yes, Cinnamon played hard and was exhausted and Muffin was still wanting to play. We had to kinda separate them after awhile I DID enjoy the dogs very much - both are such good and well behaved animals Muffin is really a hoot because she seems to think she is a tiny lap dog

This house will likely have a resident dog eventually. Right now, we are preparing for two new baby kittens and that will take allot of money and energy for now. Another problem is with neighbors right behind us. They own two vicious dogs who have at least twice broken down the fence and bit a woman and one time a little dog. They snarl whenever I empty my trash and shake the fence! There is no way I would leave a pup unattended in our fenced yard. I wish they would move We had such a peaceful home until those dogs. They are the type that give dogs a bad name.

I think Muffin should come down again soon to spend time with her "cousin!" She had a great time.
Doing my part to save BBD's, one dog at a time!
