Yesterday we went to the vet to let her see Jasper.
She wasn't in but her husband was, He was VERY impressed, he said "he has hair in places that there were no hair before" LOL
We also weighed him to make sure he was still in the weight range for his flea/worm pill.
Last visit(about a month ago) he was 47.5 pounds, yesterday he was 55.9

Wow, that is a lot of weight to gain in just one month. I'm glad he is doing better and his hair is growing back.

The breeder thought he was going to be small like his grandmother, and told me she guesses he will weigh in at about 65 pounds full grown, but thats only another 10 pounds, So I think she's wrong
We miss you Angus
Your boy has gained weight. Do you think that the prednisone could be one of the reasons? I know Angus gained a few pounds too while he was on it.

right on, Jasper! He's gonna be all buff before you know it... hehe Funnily enough, Jasper weighs that much at a year... Arthur weighed in at about that much a few weeks ago......and he's barely 6 months! LoL
