Skin Rashes and Poison Ivy

My cat kitling has sore around his face, head, and neck that won't heal. Could it be poison ivy? He has an alpha cat attitude which may lead him into fights. I try and keep him inside, but other people in my house don't share the same ideas. This rash doesn't seem to bother him, but it worries me.

It could be that, or it could be fleas. Alot of cats get a rash called miliary dermatitis that's caused by fleas. If my memory serves, it looks like alot of little red bumps with hair loss. What does it look like, and how long has he had it?

One of my cats gets sores all over her chin, ears and neck. The Vet tells me that it is due to some type of allergy. He gives her cortizone shots and it clears up right away.She has been getting them two or three times a year for the past 9 years.null
