    Trembling

Noah seems to be trembling every so often while he is sprawled out. He isn't asleep, so I know it isn't him dreaming. Should we be worried?

It may be nothing, I have a kitty who would tremble sometimes. The first time she ever did it was the night she was spayed, and she was in my lap just a-shivering, so of course I panicked and called the vet who assured me it was normal, but she did it off and on until she was about a year old.

But to be sure, you should call your vet. Most of them don't mind a phone call, and they can then either assure you everything's probably okay, or assure you that it's probably nothing but what to look for in case it might be something, or let you know that you need to bring Noah in.
