    The Kids Gracie, Gabriel, Georgie.......

They get sprung from jail on a daily basis, and have free romps in the kitchen for a while. They are starting to master the little 'scary kitty side-hop'. I swear that Gabriel & Gracie see more than just the vet made it sound. Either that or their God-Daddy Magoo tells them to pretend! I rolled a tennis ball across the floor and both Gabriel & Gracie followed it with their eyes. O.K...torture time's over. quit yer blabbin' and post!

HI Mama to be Meg! And Daddy to be "I wuv you too'! I'm full of mischief....wait and see!

HI MOM! It's your baby boy Gabriel! I'm a wee bit more shy than that sister of mine but I love to chase sunbeams across the kitchen floor!

We LOVE to eat wet food now, and are trying our new baby teeth out on dry too..but mama hogs it all! But she can, because she's a great mom!

Everyone sing-a-long! Wild Things...you make my heart sing...you make everything grooovy..... Wild things, I think I LOVE you! They were doing the lil' tough stuff act big time lol! MORE COMING...

I'm SOOO scary! I'm doing my best Halloween kitty impression!

We could play all day....but we can't yet, cuz we don't have our shots yet! Or tests but our foster meowmie doesn't worry about that much seeing as a whole mess of other kitties from our yucky yard were just fine.

Oh Jan they are just too darn adorable. I'm just elated that they will be going together to a fantastic forever home and that we will continue to see how well they progress.

I love it when they do the little halloween cat. PRICELESS.

    'scary kitty side-hop'
A perfect selection of words! I simply love when they do that

They are so precious (and scary i.e. halloween pose) LOL

Now I have a question, if I may, will the babies with the bad eyes require any medical attention in the near or distant future that has been determined by the vet at this time? (obviously, there are things we can't predict) Just curious as to whether they will need any special attention.

What precious and adorable babies!!! That humped up little back and bushy tail almost made me wet my pants! (sorry little ones but it was from laughter not fear) How cute they both are.
Jan do you think they were really "seeing" the ball or following the sound? It would be wonderful to hope that they are seeing shadows or something. It would be easier on them. I can't help but wonder about little Gracie and her BIG eyes. One looks bigger than the other and I wonder if eventually she will have to have her eyes removed. Can she blink? Do her eyes close completely when she's sleeping? Sorry for all the questions but I'm just curious.
Thank you so much Jan for taking care of these wonderful babies until their wonderful forever mom can get them.
They are just so cute and this is just so great!!!!

I can't say it enough....I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!

They really have that scary kitty side hop down pat now...and love to practice every day! I've been a bit concerned about Gracies left eye, (and PMd Meg). She had a huge chunk of kitty litter stuck on the eyeball two days ago, and she didn't let out a peep when I flushed it out under running water. It may be that that eye may need removing sooner rather than later. She is able to blink them, and I've been putting in a mild ointment daily to lubricate them more. Gabriel has the eyes disappearing, and Gracie's are huge. It's quite strange having two totally different kittens like this, in one litter. I'm guessing, but if they followed the sound of the ball, they were in perfect tune with their littermates who see! I think the bigger test is something silent when it moves. Maybe I'll try slowly moving the feather wand around and see if they follow that with their eyes. It's just near impossible to bring that out without all the big guys trying to kill and cart it away!

Just my guess but comparing it to some I've seen at the shelter I would say that she is going to need that eye removed soon. The sad thing is you never know if they are in pain. It's all she's known. I have heard that if there is a lot of pressure built up in the eye that it gives them something like a constant headache. Poor little Gracie just doesn't know any better. Bless her heart and I am praying that she feels no pain.
    She sure is a cutie!!!

I've seen it too, and am keeping a close watch on her left eye in particular. She's just too young, and tiny still to be put under anesthesia. My guess is they're close to six weeks old now. I'm also afraid with them getting more rambunctious, that one of the other kittens will wrestle too hard and hurt her eyes as well. Gabriel has it good in comparison.

OH, how adorable!!!! Look at my little babies.

Jan, I agree, Gracie's eye does not look good at all and I would think it will need to be removed. Just let me know.

Gracie looks like she has quite the "Cat-a-tude" in this picture.

Here are a couple of things that I have picked up for Gracie and Gabriel.

    Here is the kitty barn...

and here are some of the toys and collars

Goodness I can not wait to get my hands on these two little one.
