    Making Siggys....

I have a question about making siggys for all you awesome siggy makers! Ok... I have finally mastered the whole fading images thing.(I think) I was just wondering where you get the backgrounds... to put the images on. Do you find them off the internet... do you make them... or are they like different ones to choose from on the programs that you use? I am using Paint Shop Pro 8....

    Thanks for any replies!

I used to take my backgrounds off the internet and change them a bit (with filters and whatnot), but I no longer do that. Now everything I make is my own creation. I use Adobe Photoshop 7.0 though.

I basically create all the backrounds with Adobe Photoshop 7.0. I'm not exactly sure what to do, when finding images on the net to make as a backround, to actually make it look nice. So I usually just make my own. Each one comes out different!

    Thanks Guys!

Seems like adobe is a bit better than paint shop tho... But I guess I'll try to work with what I have on Paint Shop.

For those people who have adobe... did you buy it or did your computer come equiped with it?

    That came out really great!

For the text, you should make it anti-aliased, so that the edges are smoth. There should be an option when you type the text.

    Great job. ^_^

That's a beautiful siggy! Good job!

I don't get backgrounds off the web. They're all my own creations. I use Adobe PhotoShop...and bought it. I don't think its a software that usually comes with computers.

Here it is with the text... "anti-aliased."

Thanks for the tips I like this alot better!

(By the way... if you noticed the color differences around where the text is... its because I just painted over the old text. I wouldnt do this normally... lol)
