Bald Spots on my guinea pig???

I have a 6 month old guinea pig named Moka. He is acting normally, but on his front legs, the hair appears to have been rubbed off or something. It's not red or irritated, he is very happy and does not ever mess with them. I switched his bedding and it is still there. The spots are not getting bigger and they do not seem to be bothering him. I also tried changing his food. He eats KAYTEE Timothy Complete, and I use Carefresh bedding. Anybody have any suggestions???

Take him to the vet and have them give him a skin scraping to test him for fleas or lice. My guinea pig had lice when I first got him.

Or it could be that he is rubbing up against something in the cage, like a plastic Igloo. That has also happened to Taffy.

My Rosie had the same symptoms when I adopted her. A scraping at the vet's showed mites, which were easily treated! I'd have the vet give your piggy a check over...might be nothing but rubbing on the cage!
