Urgent Rescue Needed L.I New York..Jack Russell to be PTS

Hi everyone,
A friend of a friend situation.... Owner threatening to put to sleep one of his dogs. Jax has supposedly become mean and has started biting and chasing people. Now this guy is threatening to put him to sleep. He will probably need some sort of behavior training if he is getting a bit nasty. I do not agree with getting rid of the family pet and especially threatening to put him down, but there is no convincing this guy otherwise and before Jax dies I want to get him out of there.

Suffolk County, Long Island NY.
Jack Russel Terrier (purebred)
Named Jax
2 1/2 years old
Gorgeous Black & White coloring
Behavior training probably needed
Needs to be neutered
Vaccinated

It's tough with a highstrund dog like that. They need obedience sholling from the get-go IMO.

Many rescues will not take them when they bite. Good luck.
