I made Max a new bed!

I made Max a bed today. I got really nice 4" high density foam - the kind you use for sofa cushions, etc. - and covered it with snuggly flannel. It cost $50 for the materials, but it's soooo much nicer and more comfortable than the dog beds you can buy around here. (I know because I layed on it to check it out!)

He was so funny. He was sleeping on it so soundly that he rolled off. He was just laying there part on, part off. He woke up but he was too lazy to get back on. I got the camera but by the time I got back downstairs with it he was already sitting up.

I think we're going to actually make a bed frame for it and put it next to our bed. What do you think?

This is him waking up after he fell out of bed. Sorry it's so cloudy.

Here he is after I talked him into getting back in bed.

And this is the print on the fabric.

    Thanks for the siggy, Lexi_Lover!

That is very cute! I would pay $50 for it! I think it'd be a great idea to put a bed frame on it.

    Thank you Wolfie!

Looks like a really nice bed. I think putting it on a frame like your bed would be cute.

That is a really nice bed! my mom made one like that for Tango but she used a bit of fluff and alot of foam it also has a dog pattern similar to max's. I like Max's a bit better than Tango's.
