There are so many good things that do happen to help those kitties in need. I'm a volunteer for an organization at my university who have spay/neuter clinics every two months. People from all over the community bring their stray/ferals in and the vets usually neuter about 90-100 cats each clinic. I know that is not putting a dent into the overpopulation here but any small thing helps!
