Heart Warming Photo ~ L@@K!

I would like to share this photo with all of you who love cats! I found it to be quite touching and there is so much love evident between these two souls, one can almost feel it! The photo appeared a few years ago in the Parade or Family Weekly supplement to the weekend newspaper. It had been entered in a photo contest and the caption indicated that this kitten (looks like a Lynx Point Ragdoll, maybe?) was given by daughter to mother in celebration of her 99th birthday. I was so taken by it that I cut it out and saved it, then I took it to a photo place to have it enlarged and made into a real photograph so I could put it up by my computer to see each day . . . Avajoy...I love that picture. The way the cat is looking into that woman's face is so sweet! Pets can bring so much joy into a senior's life. You just know that woman loves that kitty! By the way, welcome to Pet Talk. I see you are a fellow Jersey girl!

What a beautiful, touching picture...it's priceless. My mother works at a retirement home for independent seniors and she would have been touched by that picture as well so I showed it to her. She's going to love it. Welcome to pet talk and thanks for that sweet picture.
