Lauren's mom is picking me up at 5 today to get my hair highlighted (she works at fantastic sam's)
This will be the first time EVER that any sort of dye touched my hair. I'm kind of scared. I don't know what color highlights I want though!
If I have the guts, I will post some before/after pics.

Kay - I think this is a great idea and thought so when you mentioned Lauren was having it done - you hair is light brown right?? How about some lighter glints of summery blonde?? Should look real natural at this time of year!!

Thanks everyone. My hair is a dark brown, some have mistaken it for black.... but I think they just have bad eyesight because it's clearly brown.
I'll probably end up getting blonde highlights, although i'd like red, blonde would show better probably.... hopefully the color doesn't go to my head.

I wouldn't go too bright, as you don't wanna look zebra-like, right?Maybe a darker reddish-blonde ... If she's a pro, she'll steer you in the right direction! Good luck and have fun!

I got red highlights. Janet (Lauren' mom) and Lauren love it.
And of course I do! My dad's going to hate it. He hates red hair. OHHHH well.. atleast I have hair, and it's mine not his so he has no say!
