    Has anyone heard about this: satellite in Saturn's orbit

    I am not really "into" space stuff. But this is so exciting. We have successfully (sp) put a satellite inbetween Saturn's rings... and it is sending back pictures!!!

    I saw this stuff on the news last night. It's incredible Sometimes I don't feel comfortable with people prying into the mysteries of the solar system because that's what makes me appreciate it more. But all in all it's very impressive.

    They said they launched this thing 7 years ago!!! That's how long it took to get there! The amazing thing is that it made it and didn't get hit by some "space junk" or something.

    Notice, I said nothing about the age range you need to have to make an observation like that....
