Thats a darn good idea!!! They stay out of the nasty chlorine water and they have a safe place to nap during the day! And you get to see lots of little frogs! If we had tree frogs near where I live, I'd put up a Frog hotel!

I would think the chlorine in pools would kill them! Not to mention those that get sucked into the filter. Great idea that he came up with.

The filter thing would be a real problem if tree frogs are as stupid as african dwarf frogs!!! These frogs are idgets! I constantly had to free my two frogs from the filter intake *it was small, if the frogs didn't insist upon hiding up against the filter intake they wouldn't have been at risk. The FISH knew enough to get out of the intake path* Sadly though, they both got into the filter when I was at work and died before I got there. I was really upset...learned something though frogs + filters = bad bad idea!
