Oh yes indeed, you truly have a gourmet eater!!!!! Looks just like what mine would do if I offered that to them.

wow, what a difference, Meko would NEVER pass up people food, she even stole pieces of lettuce, potato chips, popcorn etc before.
I don't think there is a people food out there that she has turned up yet.

Now cat treats, forget it, she used to eat bunches of them now she won't eat any.
She will eat ferret treats & dog treats though.

Strange kitty! Maybe cause I treat her like a dog, so she acts & eats like a dog?

Julie will only eat two things...Her dry food and grass. She loves to stick her nose in my glass to sniff what I'm drinking...but she doesn't try to drink it. She has been offered canned cat food, people food (good stuff like tuna and little bites of chicken, and ice cream..) and she is totally not interested.
Since I found out she likes to eat grass I bought some sterile soil and some oat grass and wheat grass seeds, and I grow her her own little bucket of greens...she delights in her 'salad'.
Unlike the dog, she does not hurl it back up, so grass is a nice treat for her.

Hee Hee. Pouncer would have dove to catch it before Nicki did. Allen would be interested because he could smell the chicken, but then He'd wait patiently for you to remove the crust and peel out the morsel of chicken within. Then he'd wait for you to hand feed it to him. :roll eyes:

What gets me is that she held that pose long enough for me to get the camera and put batteries in it, making it quite clear that she wasn't going to touch the chicken at all! Now, if it had been ice cream, she would have been all up in my lap, begging for a taste. Same with crab rangoon filling. She's so silly when it comes to people food - she mostly loves sauces. Give her a piece of popcorn and she'll lick the butter off and leave the rest. Put fast food in front of her and... Well, you all saw the result! I'm always curious to see what she will or won't eat, but she rarely gets more than just a taste. ^.^
