I need some inbox guidance (PM)

I keep on getting the "Inbox Full" message from Pet Talk. I have deleted everything that I know how to delete and I'm still getting it.

Any advice? HELP!!!!

Go up to the top where it says "Show messages from ---" and than they have a number of days that you can choose from. Have you tried that?

Also, check your "Sent Items", if you haven't already. Those need to be deleted too!

Do you have to do it one by one?? That's what I just did. I think the "sent items" was the culprit, but good grief, what a pain!! I was deleting way back into 2003. Is there any way to delete in one swoop, like "select all" and be done with it? Surely, I'm missing something!!

Yep!

In your PM box, do you see where it says "Date/Time Sent"? Click the little box next to it, and that selects all the messages.

A lil bit more on the "Show Messages From:______" window...

The LAST choice in the drop-down is "From the Beginning"...
use THAT one to see *everything* that's stuffed away in
both your IN-box and your SENT-box...

*AMAZING* how much stuff gets stashed away and forgotten
in those two boxes!

Also - no matter what period of time you select INto
that "Show Messages From: ___" box -
it resets back to "30 days" whenever you leave the page.
