    Early morning Adventures

As usual Leroy made sure I was up in wee hours of the morn! I served breakfast to the furballs then let the older cats outside for their early morning weekend outings and finally sat down to have a cup of coffee. Now mind you it is about 5:00am on Saturday morning! I hear a ruckus out back so I step out on the deck to find Stubby on the roof creating havoc with birds.

No matter how much I try to coax her down she goes to her usual haunt on top of the chimney. You have to look real close because it still kind dark outside but she is on top of the chimney.

I finally give up and come back in. I see that one of the upset birds has poo'd all over my back door! So I go to get the window cleaner and I come back to the door and find this!

I have decided to go back to bed!

LOL! I don't blame you for going back to bed! Try a few hours later and they'll all want to take a nap.

Leroy, don't try to impersonate Santa Claus - get away from that chimney! And leroy, the birdies can fly, you can't!!

5 am!!! What a wake up call....Perhaps Stubby thinks it his job to give a rooster shout from the top of the roof in the am.

Wow! With a morning like that, yes, I would go back to bed too! Sounds like a bunch of mischievous children, just searching for something to get into. Keep mom on her toes!

One sitting on the chimney, and trying to play with the birds, one just "hanging around", Oh what a morning you have had!! Time to catch some more zzz's.

Well it was worth it to us, what some great adventurous pictures! Thanks for sharing so early in the morning!

Thank You, kittycats_delight for my new siggy!!!

At 5 a.m. I would not want to put up with any mischievous kitties, that's for sure. I don't blame you for going back to bed.
I would be scared out of my wits if one of my kitties was on a roof sitting on a chimney. I guess you are use to this CCL.
The one hanging off the back door is priceless.
Thanks for sharing such great pics.

Yes, they are BRATS! Somebody is always in to something.

That is Pepper Jack hanging off of the window. He's my little monkey man. He usually finds something to do that causes trouble.
It does scare me when Stubby is on the chimney because she is so tiny and we figure if she goes down we will have to take the house apart to get her out! She is so full of 'tude'!

I did take a nap and feel very refreshed and ready to handle anything they can throw at me so guess what...they're all asleep!

edit: I never thought about Stubby trying to be the morning rooster! How funny!
