My brother and his wife got a cockatiel. They are the ones who have the two parakeets, Petey and Chip. They've actually had Lucky for a couple of weeks now, but this is the first time I've seen him. He's 12 weeks old. They got him from a responsible bird breeder. They had been going to see him since he was even younger so he'd get used to them. They brought him over to our house today. Don't worry, the dogs were all in the basement.He's very friendly and tame! I held him for quite a while, what a cute bird! I didn't get any great pics, but I'll attach a few...
p.s. I'm saying "he" because thats what they said, they're not sure if he's male or female yet..
