Another problem!!!

Well Lovemyabbygirl made me a moving avater, ok i've uploaded it etc, but i went to my user CP and in the avater bit it said only 25 charactors, and it wont take the whole address thing???
Ohh i hate computors, anyone what to help me solve yet another problem?

Well its there but its not moving,
When i tryed to put another in it says its to big it has to be less than 30000 bytes? i dont know how to make it smaller!
This is really bugging me

is the one your trying to use animated?
if so.. did you save it as a GIF file? if its not a GIF it wont move.
