    weird behavor

    my dog takes care of my cat like it was her own why does she do this? shes 3 and a begal terror mix.

    Hmm....that's interesting....I had a friend whose dog used to get electronics in a pile and act like they were her babies....like phones, radios, etc...anything small enough for her to carry or scoot. I don't think there's anything bad about it, just motherly instinct. do you know her history? I mean, have you had her since she was really young? I don't know that I have the answers, but, I know if someone's going to answer you, they'll probably need to know things like that.

    I saw it on Animal Planet that a long-hair dachshund thought the cordless phones in the house in the house are her babies and she tries to nurse them.
