Well, here they are ;) **pics**

Yesterday morning, I took the dogs out for one of the first spring-like days here in central Minnesota. I took a bunch of pictures, didn't realize how many until I was resizing them all . The first picture though is one I had on my camera from awhile back but I don't think I had posted it before. It is Tasha standing by my computer desk, on the blanket she likes to sleep on while I work. The flash made her eyes a little goofy but she still just looks so sweet.

    --------

Then I took a couple of Tommy. This is where he lays in the kitchen when Mom or Dad are cooking. For their own safety and ours, they aren't allowed to wander around in the kitchen while we are trying to prepare a meal, but Tommy stays as close as he can to keep an eye on things

    ---------

And up close.. I sure hope some of that food might drop near me...

    ----------

Ok, on to the outside ones. Please excuse the yard looking like a mess . One big maple in the back doesn't drop its leaves until like mid winter. They hang dead off the tree until a heavy snow or high winds get them off. The muddy naked areas are where flowerbeds and such will be

    Lot more coming...

    ----------

Tasha mostly seemed interested in standing and taking in all the sites, sounds and smells.

    ----------

    ----------

Tommy, as always, wants to explore!

    ----------

Tasha 'stands' next to me on the deck

    ----------

It didn't take Tommy long to find a stick

    ----------

Then he decided to lay in the snow and chew on it.

    ----------

    More coming!

He kinda looks fat in the head-on shots, but it's because he's laying kinda scrunched up (can see that in the previous side view pics of him)

Just look at that blissful face

    My pretty golden boy.

    ---------

    ---------

There was a dog barking off in the distance, that is one of the things she keeps listening to.

    ---------

    ---------

Finally she decided to run/trot around a bit

    More coming.

Tommy by the vegetable garden... well it WILL be a garden.

    ---------

Tommy decided that stick wasn't good enough, so he went back to "his" log pile behind the garden to pick out another. He constantly does this and David is constantly having to collect logs all over the yard before he mows. (The neighbor has a couple deer statues if you wondered what those were.)

    ---------

Here, I think I got one of my all-time favorite pictures ever of Tommy. He looks so regal and golden-like. I'm going to attach the full-sized one at the end, because he is just beautiful in it that the resizing doesn't do it full justice.

    ---------

    Tasha baby

    ---------

Running back up to the deck.

    ---------

Tasha waits for me to catch up.

    ---------

    ---------

She kept looking away the moment I snapped the pic

    ---------

    Even more coming...

I think this is my favorite of Tasha girl.

    ---------

Waiting to go back in. Tommy will hold onto his log until the last moment when I am opening the door. Then he knows he has to drop it before he can come in.

    ----------

    Inside, waiting for their treat.

    ---------

    ---------

As soon as Tasha got hers, she ran off to her favorite spot to eat it, but Tommy waited to see if any more were coming.

    ---------

And that's it! Will attach the full-sized Tommy one in the next post.

Here is the full-sized pic of Tommy. I just love this picture of him.

Oh, and also Poppy if you see this before I get a chance to get birdie pics up, don't panic. . I have some Dawn ones but need to get some of Dusky boy and Twilight. I have Dawn out more often than the other two since she's the most sociable (only bonded with me). Twi is the most wild, but she gets upset if Dusk is taken out of her sight. I will finish off their pics later.

And I'll steal Tasha! Such cute dogs. When you said log, you weren't kidding I think it's funny that Tommy goes to the log pile to pick out a good stick. Tasha sure loves to run. I've still got that one thing of her running on my computer. She's so cute. And Dawn and Tommy sure look cute together.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

Fur as dark as the night.
    Join me on this flight.
Paws of love that follow me.
In my heart you'll forever be.
    [/SIZE]

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.
