we have some group of people who are working as dog hunters had killers.
we have to pay 1000 to 2000 RMB a year for a dog we feed. Government says it is to be used to manage a society with dog. It is not a problem to most of the young people who have a job , but really a problem to some old\lonely people and to some difficult familis. So the government organize some groups of people to catch dogs without "life pass"------it is what we called the certificate card changed with money.
Every March will be the time to hand in money, than every Febuary becomes the end of those dogs without certificates.
what you see were taken by some friends who live nearby. The dogs were taken out from their family , from their dear mum , caught by some terrible machines , smaller ones were caught to death, bigger ones were beated heavily until they lost the courage to bite and struggle.
They were to taken to a special place where we called "CONSVENSIN for dogs" ,to be destroyed.
We have nothing to do but only can hold our own dogs in our arms for fear to lose them.
Can anybody here help us ? we are dog owners in Shanghai,China.
we need international supportings.
