I originally had a hairless girl named Gwynnie, and, then, got Luli. Gwynnie passed, though, and, I never got Luli another girlfriend. I feel like it's been so long now, that adding another would be almost too much. Do you think she'd be alright, after over a year? I could get a bigger cage and another hairless girl if I thought Luli wouldn't be upset by it.Originally posted by WolfChan

I don't think she'd really like another friend if it's been that long. My rat, Frisco, didn't have a friend for about 3 1/2 months, and as soon as I got my other rat he hated him, and he still does.Originally posted by guster girl

That's what I was afraid of. I didn't think about getting another rat when Gwynnie died, and, when I finally started thinking it wouldn't be such a bad idea, I thought it might be too late as far as Luli liking a new companion. I take her out every day and she sits with me at the computer and when I do housechores.
