My mom's friend's dog had ONE puppy.. (read on..)

This dog, had a litter.. and apparently this pup came in late! It happened last night, and when the dog and the family was in the living room, the dog started crying and a pup's head came out.. and my mom's friend's daughter goes "MOM! She's got something sticking out of her butt!" LOL.. So, they named the pup, Shocker.. because it was shocking since he was the last one to come out.. after a while.. all the other pups were sold.. strange..

Could she have rebred after the litter was born? I have heard of it some times the female is ready after delivery. I know with chinchillas and kats it is more likely. Not heard of many in dogs.

Maybe it was rare. I don't know. Rio - they are keeping the pup. They have named it Shocker.

what kind of dog is it? is the mother pure bred? How old were the pups when they were all sold and this "shocker pup" came out?
Could the dog have been recently bred again by accident?

Sorry. They are a purebred.. Dachsunds. So I heard wrong. I guess she was bred again. Ah well. Accidents happen.. I don't know, they're not mine.
