Should I retreat for Ick?

I treated yesterday, but my gourami still has a few small spots. Should I retreat the tank? Or will it go away with one treatment? The package says to retreat after 24 hours if it's not all gone. It will be

Sorry about the trailoff, I wasn't paying attention.

It will be 24 hours at four... but I think the spots are still diminishing. I think everything will be okay! (except for my now blue silicone on my tank )

Well if the instructions say "retreat if not gone in 24 hours", then I'd give them another dose if it's not gone by 4.
