mistys new trick *PICS* ~attempt 2~

ok lets hope this works this time. misty learned a new trick recently, and since we FINALLY got batteries for the camera that are not completly usless, I thought I would try to get a pic of her trick, one problem though lol the digi cam is REALLY SLOW. and she does not keep her face hidden for long lol her trick is that when I say "are you a bad girl?" she hides her face, she must have done the trick 50 times for me while I attempted to get a pic of her trick! lol this is the best I was able to get:

she is just comming out of her hide in the pic but like I said the digi cam is SLOW.

lol but I did manage to get some cute pics of mistys constant grin in my attempts! lol she is ALWAYS smiling, just like this:

Aww what a smile! I love her ears and markings!

My digicam takes awhile before it actually snaps. Like 5 seconds after I've pressed down. So if I want to get a picture of Mick catching a ball, I'll have to actually snap, wait awhile and then finally throw the ball. Just curious, how did you get her to do that trick?

clicker training lots of treats, and a piece of scotch tape! you put a piece of tape just above the dogs eye, when they put there paw over there head to take off the tape, click and reward I tried teaching it to happy as well but when I put the tap on her head he just look at me like "I aint movin till you take this tape off" lol appernetly happy is not the do it yourself type! lol and yes I did snap the pic before the trick, but everytime I tried that she refused to do the trick right away! she's a brat!

Oh, just an idea for those of you who have a problem with slow digicams..

On my digi cam, when I push the button about halfway down, but don't snap the picture, the digital camera will then focus in on what it is pointed at. Then when I push it the rest of the way, it snaps the picture right then. But if I snap it without pushing halfway first, then it will take a couple seconds to focus itself and then snap the picture. So what I do when I'm trying to get action shots is aim it, keep it pressed halfway, and then snap it the rest of the way during the action. Sometimes it blurs it a bit but I've gotten some really nice shots other times. Might be something to try
