New Shoes!

A coworker and I were out shopping after work and I saw these shoes. There was only one pair left and they were my size. Now, I know these are more than likely shoes for the younguns but anyone that knows me knows that these shoes have my name written all over them. I'm a kid at heart and I love these shoes! I understand some of you will thing they are horrible but I am so happy to have found these. My friend called them my Gene Simmons shoes. For you younguns, that's one of the guys from the old rock group, KISS. These shoes make me feel adventurous. I told her I should paint my face up like his Here's Gene:

I've even got a keyring that I found a few months ago with a boot shoe similar but in a lilac color. I was wishing back then that I could find a pair of shoes like that.

I understand totally. I liked the Kiss Group too. I also bought a pair of shoes somthing like that. I have not wore them much, but I still like them because they represent a special time for me.

Thanks all! I got them at Fashion Bug. Was the last place I expected to find cool shoes. Plus, I wasn't even looking for shoes. Got really lucky.

Very cool! I used to have a pair of shoes similar to those that I bought at Hot Topic (actually, I still have them [I love them too much], but don't wear them anymore because they KILL me feet)

Enjoy! My kids tell me that I wear "old lady shoes" - but I might agree because the last pair I bought were red suede ballet style shoes! I bought them to wear Christmas Eve with a reindeer sweater... both bought and worn to annoy and embarass the girls purposefully! Who says you can't dress like a PTA mom and not have fun? My girls would have bought those shoes!
