Is there a website for making sig's?

Because my programes have limited options etc, and all you PTers have way better backgrounds etc then what i can get?

Well, I don't think there are any websites made just for sig making...but you can find backgrounds online. The program I use for sigs already has a gallery of pictures, clip art, backgrounds, etc...but if you do a search online, you'll be able to find plenty of stuff.
