Going for a Walk (*pics*)

Now that it has warmed up a bit (Yay!) Mark, Malone & I took off for the first walk in over a week. It was so great to be outdoors again!


Malone had to wait patiently while we bundled up.

He does so good that we soon let him walk/run as he pleases on the retractable leash...Climbing up in the snowbank (sorry for the weird angle)

The scenery was BEAUTIFUL. This is a stream that runs along the side of the road.





Malone got excited over a pine branch...

And Malone was POOPED when we got home. He snored for the rest of the day.

I'm with Anna though--it was coooold here today, but not as cold as last week!!!

Malone must have been pooped from all of the activity!! I notice mine will get so tired if there is even the tiniest change of activity--like walks, or a ride somewhere, or even when it snows!!!!

I love the creek by the road--did Malone want to get in and go swimming (brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr)

My computer chair is Malone's favorite spot to curl up especially when Mark is working from home. I guess he must think it's comfy!

Actually, no, he has never shown any interest in going swimming in that stream, even in the summertime. Now that I think about it, it's kinda weird because anywhere else if he sees a puddle, he wants to go swimming.

I always look forward to your pictures and these were great as usual! I love the scenery! Makes me get a hankering to get back up to New Hampshire for another vacation. I have been wanting to take my two for a walk now that our temps have moved up to the high 20's but we have a lot of black ice around and I just know I would soon be on the ground! Malone is so photogenic! I love the picture of him sort of 'spilling out' of the chair after his big walk.
