Things are looking up for me! I've been fighting to get my shoulder surgury approved (from last May) forever. I have 45 days last year that were unpaid and an unapproved absence. I've been getting nervous because I was in the final part of the dispute. If they denied it again, I would be reprimanded for a 45 day unexcused absence.
Well, I won! I am expecting a check for 45 days worth of pay and the absence to be removed from my record! YAY!
