    NO More Cats!!!

We have a new friend hanging out front. I call him Mr. January. He's been hanging around the last couple of weeks and not letting us anywhere near him. Now look! He's letting us pet him, even to the point of rolling on his back and rubbing his belly!

Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

Sounds like a calendar kitty to me!!!!
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Oh Mr. January, you're such a clever one!!!

I wonder that a lot of black/white stray boys are hanging around now looking for a place to stay...

    Don't they just?

Oh, what a sweetie! He sure knows how to wrap you around his little paws!

He looks a lot like my parents' Dino btw, doesn't he? They both have this sweet black chin:

Sneaky little devils! There must be an alleyway somewhere that has a ton of feral cats running around handing out slips of paper with your address telling other cats that if they are ever tired of the street to contact you!

Whatta nice guy! Mr. January... it has a nice sound. You need to get him a red collar with a bow tie and he'd look oh so elegant!
