    could Macy go in heat if she is pregnant?

    I was out petting her and she was acting like she was trying to be in heat...

    If she is pregnant could that happen?

    No. Once she's pregnant the "desire" sotospeak, stops. If she is showing signs of being in heat, chances are she's NOT pregnant, which means you need to get her spayed fast.
