Daddy's girl, princess Emily

This is how Emily goes to sleep every night and I finally got a good picture. She has done this since she was a baby. This is the reason he makes the "pillow dummy" when we go over night. He is convinced she will not be able to fall asleep otherwise! That USED to be MY spot!! Oh well, after awhile, she gets down and sleeps between us or on top of us. She just has to be close.

That is so sweet. We can sympathize, though. We just got back to town last night, and we were covered with cats all night long.

Oh how wonderful. Tigger and Smokey used to do that to their daddy as well.......now they fight over the spot between our pillows. Emily sure is a Daddy's girl.

Oh Princess Emily! You look so sweet and adorable laying there on your daddy! I believe in your meowmies old spot....ummmm.....could that have been on purpose Princess Emily? Is there perhaps a little female rivalry going on there?? Hmmm?

Ripley used to try to sleep with me like that but 20 pounds of cat walking up mystomach and chest causes me to hyperventilate.
