I like this picture.

I took it to show off Rizzo's front paws to my friend that rescued him, because she keeps asking if he still has fur tufts on his paws. I just love his feet. The front ones are huge, round and tufty, and the back ones are like bunny feet, with short, THICK fur all the way up to his ankle. He's a snow kitty, I guess.

Anyway, let's hear it for the paws! What kind of precious pawsies do your cats have? Big old furry clodhoppers like Rizz? Dainty little pencil paws? Extra toesies? Cute mittens? Pink pads? Unstoppable shredding machines?

Allen has big mitts. They are HUGE! I just LOVE to rub Pouncers's paw pads - they are so soft. I hope they don't get rough as he ages. Since he's strictly an indoor cat, I hope they stay so soft.

Allen has pink pads, Pouncer has black.

Allen has left his prints all over the house... when we bought our house, I refinished the steps - we had horrible baby poop colored shag carpet that we pullled up to reveal beautiful solid oak steps! We needed to refinish them, so I waited for a weekend when the kids and my husband weren;'t home to do the job so as to not have human prints! I forgot about kitty prnts. I spent all day sanding and staining. I put on a last coat just before bed. When I woke up, there were millions of Allen prints up and down the steps. I mean UP and Down. All over. I had to sand and restain all over again and lock the poor dude in the basement! I left a few pawsie's to remember.

*giggle* Allen, the interior decorator!!! It certainly would have been a unique look if you'd left the whole thing that way. Maybe you could hire him out to Trading Spaces!
