Am I the only person that feels like the number of mistreated pets is too high? Most of it is because the people are careless. When someone sees a dog or any animal being mistreated they should call the local dog shelter or someone that can do something about it! Not just look away and feel sorry for it!!! If people really love animals, they should tell someone when they see an animal being mistreated. People need to think it out before buying a pet. Because so many pet owners stop caring about a dog once it has outgrown puppyhood. No, you CAN NOT do that. Please tell me that I am not the only one that feels this way.
