What were some other names...

Did you have any other names you were considering for your dog? (If we already had a thread like this, I apologize. )

We had a couple picked out for Daisy.
Mandy, Honey, Nala, Daisy, and a few others I can't remember.

Molly's name was pretty much picked out from the begining.

Simba was either Simba or Rudolf. ( his b-day is Christmas...)
Nala was Nelly, Nala, Lillian and i'm sure there are a few others.

Ozzy was either Splash, Gunner or Diablo.
Darlin was either Sunny, Spanky, Cher, or Cotton.

Max came pre-named, but if he hadn't been we would have named him Diesel.

By the way there used to be somebody on here who had 2 dogs named Phoebe and Diesel. What ever happened to her?

Rio could have been a Shadow (more the the boys), Jet, Tia, Sassy or Tymia!!! then Rio popped into my mind and beat the rest!!!

Riley was almost a Titus, but I didn't like it, so I picked out a few names, and did a poll on Pet Talk
Jada's name was picked out by my husband

Harley was going to be Preston, but my dad put his foot down on that on! Sylvia was going to be many many things. A few that I remember are Lily, Sophie, and Frankie.

Murph: Can't remember seriously considering anything
other than McMurphy. I had the name picked out long
before I ever got my first lil' Cairn puppy.

Maddie: Almost named her McMuffin, but quickly changed
it to Madison, after meeting her. McMuffin just wasn't
regal enough for her personality. Her original name from
the breeders was Trudy and that actually fit her, but
I had a friend from work named that and thought that'd
be a lil' too strange to have my dog named after her.

Oz: I had a ton of different names I was considering
for Oz, but I'm having trouble remembering them now and it
wasn't that long ago. I think Bogie and Hobie were
two of'em and maybe Coop too. His name at the breeders
was Cosmo, but I didn't like that. Finally decided on "Whizzer
of Oz" to connect him with Murph and Maddie. I stumbled
on a great name after I got him though, MacNally. Might
use that for my next Collie.

Anna was already named.

Rosie was either gonna be "Phoebe" or "Shiloh".. but we came up with "Rosie" and stuck with it.

I wanted to name Timber "Sable", but I was over ruled.

Dusty was actually named Ajax when we got him. He was about one year old. I don't know why, but I couldn't stand the name so I renamed him.

Roxy was ChaCha when I got her. I couldn't stand that either, so I renamed her.
