this is a great thing exept, that it applies to all EXEPT border collies. I would NEVER pay over $200 for a border collie, they are best raised outdoors, they sould NEVER be bred according to standered, because the standerd is cr*p. a lot of the things on there if someone followed that for a border collie they would end up with one very crappy dog. it is great for all other breeds, and should definatly be followed for other breeds
