I love footwarmers like that. I have a black one, but it only works when my feet are in bed or on the couch - never the floor.

And BTW, I think it's great that you take Eddie with you to visit your mother. She must enjoy it a lot, and it gives Eddie a chance for an outing now and then too.

Pack up your troubles in your old kit-kat,
    And smile, smile, smile,
While you’ve a lucifer to light your fag,
    Smile, boys, that’s the style.
    What’s the use of worrying?
It never was worth while, so
Pack up your troubles in your old kit-bag,
    And smile, smile, smile.

I agree with the "or so she says." I bet if you stopped bringing him over she'd start complaining that you don't bring that durn cat around anymore.

Old people are funny that way. It's like they can't admit that they're attached to something like a cat or dog - or another person like in the movie Grumpy Old Men.

I have a set of those as well (no pictures though). One pair weighs 17 pounds and is called Smokey Joe and the other weighs 11 pounds and is called Mystic (she is also know as Flubby Wubbie). There is nothing like having those on your feet....nice and toasty.

I have a foot warmer like that and believe it or not, she's white too!

She prefers to warm feet that are in bed, but will warm them on the couch or foot portion of a recliner if there is a need.

    lol,

    the line?

"Why don't you let Eddie come over???'

Just because she is my mom doesn't mean she's going to get the
Foot Warmer for free.........I'm a capitalist, not a humanitarian!!!!
