    "ruined" his dog! ROFL!

I talked to the musher who owns Nugget tonight. I have apparently "ruined" his dog. Last night, all Nugget did was howl and stare at the house! Three nights inside and he wants to be a house dog! When I finished giggling I told him to send him back, then I emailed him a pic of Nugget sleeping on the bed!

Well, sure. Here is Nugget on the bed.

I did tell him quite seriously that I will take Nugget back any time over the course of his life.

My sled dogs get to come inside regularly, but most mushers can't do that. This guy has 45 dogs in his dog yard. He's not being intentionally mean. His dogs are working dogs, not pets. He's offered me dogs a few times--ones that can't run as competitively as he needs them too. I have one, Pingo. She's a great dog for my rec team. I am sure Nugget would be too!
