    Weekend puppysitting - some pics

Well, we had my grand-puppies from Saturday until Sunday afternoon. Wasn't able to get all of them in a shot at once, but I did manage to get some pictures.

    Kirby, Rory and Muffin

    Lexi and Carly

To give you an idea of size, this is Lexi (largest dog) and Muffin (smallest dog)

    Lexi and Kirby

All in all, I think it went very well having 7 dogs. I will tell you my daughter-in-law thinks I am certifiably nuts. She said I may have gone over the edge when I brought the 5th one home. And offering to take her two just confirmed it.

I told her I'm gonna be the crazy old dog lady (as opposed to crazy old cat lady) when I get older. She just laughed.

Oh well, I can think of worse things to be.

Those are great pictures. I plan to be a "crazy old dog/cat guy" when I grow up.

This really not fivedogdad but 4 Dog Mother who is now 5 Dog Mother. We are in Mundelein, IL where he will be going to school this next week. I am on his laptop which is part of the reason I have signed in under his name.

Anyway, I am with you - I am going to be the crazy old dog lady - we now have five and when I take Amy's when they are on vacation that makes 8 - I only hope though that I never have Amy and Christy's at the same time because then there would be 11 and that would be a lot for our house and yard - at least it would be with the size of Amy's and Christy's. (Sadie is big for a lab mix and Dakota is a Great Dane - they are the two largest but none of either of theirs is a truly small dog!)

I'm finding there are a lot of us out there who will be crazy old dog ladies. I know I'm in good company.
